Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Periods

Rentals are calculated based on a 24-hour cycle from the moment of vehicle pick-up. We provide a 120-minute (2 hour) grace period for vehicle return. If the vehicle is returned more than 2 hours after the pick-up time, an additional full day's rental fee will apply.

2. Driver Requirements

• The driver must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license held for at least 1 year is required.
• International drivers must provide a valid passport and their national/international license.

3. Insurance & Protection

All our rentals include full comprehensive insurance. However, the renter remains responsible for the vehicle and must adhere to all traffic laws in Morocco. Unlimited mileage is included in all standard rental packages.

4. Fuel Policy

The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up. Any missing fuel will be charged at current market rates plus a service fee.

5. Airport Delivery

We provide free delivery to Agadir Al Massira Airport. Custom meet & greet services at Marrakech, Casablanca, and Essaouira airports may incur additional coordination fees depending on the rental duration.

6. Security Deposit

For most vehicle categories, no security deposit is required. We operate on a trust-based system for our premium clientele.
