1. Driver Eligibility & Required Documents

To rent and drive a CADIGOR vehicle in Morocco, the primary driver and any additional driver must satisfy the following conditions:

• Age: Minimum age is 21 years old.
• Driving Experience: Must hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 continuous year.
• Driving License: Valid national driving license from your home country (EU, UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, GCC, etc. are legally accepted in Morocco).
• Identification: Valid Passport for foreign visitors, or valid Moroccan National ID (CIN) for Moroccan citizens.

2. Payment Terms & Zero Deposit Policy

CADIGOR operates on a transparent, trust-based model for travelers:

• Cash Payment Only: All rental fees must be paid in full upon delivery of the vehicle in Cash. We accept payment in Euros (€) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
• No Credit Cards: We do not accept credit card payments, eliminating processing fees and bank holds.
• Zero Deposit: No security deposit, guarantee caution, or credit card pre-authorization is blocked or charged.

3. Booking Duration & Minimum Rental

• Minimum Duration: The minimum booking duration is 3 consecutive days.
• Rental Day: A rental day is calculated on a 24-hour cycle from the agreed delivery time.
• Extensions: If you wish to extend your rental period, please notify us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.

4. Delivery, Collection & Airport Meet-and-Greet

• Free Delivery Zones: Agadir Al-Massira Airport (AGA), Agadir City hotels and Airbnbs, Taghazout, and Tamraght.
• Airport Arrivals: Our representative will monitor your provided flight number and meet you at the arrivals terminal exit with a CADIGOR greeting sign.
• Vehicle Condition: A joint inspection of the vehicle is conducted upon delivery, noting existing condition, fuel level, and odometer. A copy of the signed contract is provided to the renter.

5. Insurance Coverage & Roadside Assistance

• Comprehensive Coverage: All rentals include Third-Party Liability, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), and Theft Protection with zero deductible.
• Second Driver Included: One additional driver is registered and covered under the insurance policy at no extra fee.
• 24/7 Roadside Assistance: In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown or puncture, 24/7 assistance is provided across the Souss-Massa region.
• Exclusions: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on unpaved sand dunes or beach tracks (off-roading), and allowing unauthorized individuals to drive immediately voids insurance protection.

6. Fuel Policy & Mileage

• Full-to-Full Fuel Policy: The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
• Unlimited Mileage: Drive freely throughout Morocco with 100% unlimited kilometers.

7. Add-ons & Extras

• Additional Driver: Free of charge (€0).
• Child Safety Seats: Baby seats and booster cushions are available upon request for €12 total per rental.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

Because no advance credit card prepayment is required, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge by contacting us directly on WhatsApp as early as possible.
