Q. Do I really not need a deposit or credit card?

Yes, absolutely. Unlike traditional multinational agencies that block €1,000 to €2,000 on your credit card, CADIGOR requires zero security deposit. You do not need a credit card at all. You pay your rental in cash when the vehicle is handed over to you.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash only upon vehicle delivery. You can pay in Euros (€) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) at the standard bank exchange rate. We do not accept card payments, keeping the process simple, immediate, and free from bank card fees.

Q. What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental duration is 3 days. For shorter requests, you are welcome to book 3 days and return earlier if needed. We also offer special discounted weekly and monthly rates for longer stays in Morocco.

Q. Where can the car be delivered and returned?

We provide 100% Free Delivery & Collection anywhere in the Agadir region:

• Agadir Al-Massira Airport (AGA): Directly outside the arrivals terminal with meet & greet.
• Agadir City: To your hotel, riad, or Airbnb address.
• Taghazout & Taghazout Bay: To your surf camp, resort, or villa.
• Tamraght: To any address or guest house in Tamraght village.
• Agency Office: Residence Islane, Avenue Larache, Agadir 80000.

Q. What documents are required to rent a car?

All you need upon delivery are two standard documents:

• Valid Driving License: A national driving license from your home country (EU, UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, etc. are legally recognized in Morocco; an international permit is not mandatory for tourist stays).
• Passport or National ID: Valid passport for tourists or Moroccan CIN for citizens/residents.
• Driver Age: Minimum 21 years old with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Q. What insurance is included in the price?

Every CADIGOR rental includes Comprehensive All-Risks Insurance with zero deductible / zero excess. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third-Party Liability, and 24/7 Roadside Assistance are all included with no surprise surcharges.

Q. Is an additional driver free?

Yes! A second driver is included 100% free of charge. Both drivers must present their valid driving license and passport, and both are fully covered by our insurance policy.

Q. Do you have child safety seats, and what is the cost?

Yes, we provide certified child safety seats and booster seats suitable for babies and toddlers. Child seats are available as an add-on for €12 total per rental. Please mention when booking and we will have it safely installed in your vehicle upon delivery.

Q. What happens if my flight to Agadir is delayed?

When booking airport delivery, please provide your flight number. Our team actively tracks flight arrival times at Al-Massira Airport (AGA). If your flight is delayed, our driver will wait for you at the terminal arrivals exit with zero late-waiting fees.

Q. What is the fuel policy?

We operate a simple, fair full-to-full policy: You receive the car with a full tank of fuel, and you return it with a full tank. No refueling surcharges or hidden fuel markups.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes. Because we do not take pre-payments or credit card holds, booking cancellation or modification is completely hassle-free. Simply send us a message on WhatsApp as soon as your travel plans change.
